I do not know if this is possible, so what i want is to get some serious people out there that knows how to build smartphone apps to be a part of the development and come with suggestions and ideas to this project… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: Android, iPhone, Mobile Phone, Windows Mobile)
