I am not 100% sure a .fla file is mandatory for editing but i have a .swf for my website www.downtownaustincondos.com which I want to make more detailed, add color to certain buildings and add pop ups when the mouse moves over these certain buildings… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Flash)
