I am ooking for a skeleton design of an openGL ES app to be similar to fat booth etc, the app should have several effect to choose from so they can be applied to the chosen picture or camera. If effect can be applied as user looks through camera even better… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Cocoa, iPad, iPhone, Objective C)
