I am looking to have a very basic website built. Please see the attached document. There will be 9 tabs which link to pages providing information. One the home page i would like the top half of the page to be sliding every 5 seconds (there will be 4 screens that it slides to)… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
