this project is for an office intranet site and customer portal. the site will be based around Joomla 2.5. I think Joomla! would be great for this project because of its great user access control features and the available extensions on the Joomla! marketplace… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: AJAX, HTML, Joomla, MySQL, PHP)
