Archival of an RTP stream into a file, in reflector module by sandag1

Need to write an incoming RTP stream into the reflector module, to a file, maybe using stream I/O. The file should be archived onto the file system, or S3. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C++ Programming, Software Architecture)
