Microsoft Access Database to PHP & MySQL database by naimiatef

I need someone who can convert a access database over to a PHP web interface and with a MySQL backend database. This is for a NonProfit Organization not much funds are available (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Microsoft Access, SQL, Visual Basic)
