I need to convert a HTML / PSD template in to a WordPress theme. The template is attached below. There is already a WordPress theme available for this HTML / PSD template but it has a few drawbacks and I want my own WordPress version of it… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, jQuery / Prototype, PHP, WordPress)
