I need a quick single use script. All it has to do is open an existing database, pull a file name and path, get the file out of a folder, blob it, put it into another database (already setup). Once in the database move the file from the original folder to an archive folder… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
