I have this simple layout and would like it converted to a nice HTML+CSS, frameworks like 960gs can be used, and if you can make it a drupal theme would be a plus, need it done by next wednesday, feb 15… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, Drupal, HTML, PSD to HTML, WordPress)
