Convert Word Doc into Editable PDF by ranjanshah

We have a word document (in .docx format) we’d like to convert into a PDF. We’d like the PDF to be user editable i.e. allow the user to type in an answer to the questions or select an option in the question… (Budget: $30 AUD, Jobs: PDF, Word)
