I want to make a site that requires people to fill a form before accessing any content, especially pages. I would also like the ability to block post as well. I have found a combo of 2 plugins that I think will work, but I am open to whatever gets the job done… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Script Install, WordPress)
