Script – Check if adress is changed \ window is closed by BlackPanther3

Hello, I need a script that will check if an iframe dialog box’s adress has been changed, closed or stayed as it is. This function needs to keep running on background each 2 sec. If the adress in the dialog (iframe window) has been changed, then “refresh main page”… (Budget: $30-$60 USD, Jobs: Facebook, Java, Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, PHP)
