Use Acrobat pro to define fields inside pdf documents . Acrobat has built-in option to recognize fields but it needs manual refine . I need to do that on hundreds of pdf forms (Budget: $8-$15 USD, Jobs: Brochure Design, Flash, Format & Layout, Graphic Design, Photoshop Design)
