Normal Template to WordPress by mavall

I have an HTML website which has flash and HTML desing. I want to open a blog for this website and would like to adapt the current design to a wordpress theme. (Budget: $30-$60 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PSD to HTML, Website Design, WordPress)
