Need difficult objects removed from 2 photos (Photoshop) by shatland

I have two photos in .DNG format that I need to have some objects removed. My guess is content-aware fill might work to some degree, but the objects are difficult to remove. Picture 1: Need some garbage… (Budget: $30-$40 USD, Jobs: Photoshop)
