I have a large dataset of wind-speeds. Each data point corresponds to a latitude, longitude(The granularity would be 1 minute). i.e with change in latitude and longitude by 1 minute..the wind speed value changes… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Cartography & Maps, Google Earth, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
