My site utilizes a component call “DT Register” by DTH Development to handle Event Registration. It’s really a great component EXCEPT that it does not support Google Monthly Payments (similar to Paypal Monthly Payments, without some of the fees)… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Google Checkout, Joomla, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
