I would like a site similar in design and functionality to this site http://spicetv.ro … but just the Online TV section with some changes. Site would be built in PHP. I do not want the users to need to install any software like Sopcast or something else… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Flash, HTML, Javascript, PHP, Website Design)
