Looking to create a software, that will allow media files (Mp3, Mp4, Flv’s, etc.) to be sent and recieved Via Text Messages (MMS), of course I understand the limitations of text messages as far as speed… (Budget: $3000-$5000 USD, Jobs: Mobile Phone, Software Architecture, Software Testing, Telecommunications Engineering)
