I am running few sites. One wordpress and one vbulletin. Running on centos, dedicated server, 8gb ram. Sites suddenly die for a couple of second, then they come back. host has told me that it is because sites burst out the 100mbit pipe, so suddenly there is a downtime… (Budget: $30-$100 USD, Jobs: Apache, Linux, PHP)
