jQuery conflict problem by mgoma87

I’m having a conflict problem between my website’s slider and the contact form (both in the header) – The form breaks the slider and idk how to fix it. Please help. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, Software Architecture)
