I want to build a project bidding site targeted at the Romanian market. The idea is not new, it has already been implemented in other countries, by sites like myhammer.co.uk or blauarbeit.de, which i took as examples for the list of functionalities… (Budget: €250-€750 EUR, Jobs: Drupal, Joomla, PHP, Website Design)
