Maintaining and adding features to a PHP/mySql Application by Jobeestan

We need basic support of php/my SQL app done in the Symfony framework. Need to add/change features. We will want an hourly bid on managing and maintaining this website. Average would be 20 hours a week. (Budget: $15-$25 USD, Jobs: Apache, HTML, Javascript, MySQL, Symfony PHP)
