I am looking to purchase some links on either a one time fee or monthly basis. Here are my criteria 1. The pages where our site is listed shouldn’t have more than 20 outbound links 2. We will buy only contextual links in High PR pages: (No footer links, no blogrolls, no site-wide links)… (Budget: $30-$500 USD, Jobs: Bulk Marketing, Internet Marketing, Link Building, SEO)
