Copy current wordpress site to another domain. by rorororo

I need, my wordpress copied to another domain. Its a straight forward install with thesis and a child theme installed. I need it copied so I can do testing on another domain. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
