I need an android app made that consists of a widget for a home screen. This widget will need to be able to manipulate apps on home screen (Similar to a launcher app). There will be more to the app then that but that is general idea of waht needs to be made… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Android, Mobile Phone)
