iPhone organizer with calendar by Leonidi

I need a featured iPhone organizer, which will be able to sync its events with Calendar I think it should use Core Data for saving its events, TODOs. Also there will be a Google map with CoreLocation… (Budget: $100-$750 USD, Jobs: Cocoa, iPhone)
