Just some information about what has been done on this project so far, I have done some of the programming for this with a friend in PHP and have got it all done apart from the posting to the wordpress and blogengine blog part including the insertion of a lnk into the article when being posted… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP)
