Upgrade wp-ecommerce plugin and fix layout and functionality by amfarrmedia

I need to upgrade wp-ecommerce plugin and I need the website to function like it does with the old version of the plugin. Currently when the plugin is upgraded the layout is all messed up. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
