I have wordpress installation with a number of plug-ins hosted with HostMonster. It now has CPU Throttling issue that needs to be identified and fixed – the site loads extremely slow if at all. mysql_slow_queries… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: SQL, WordPress)
