This time I need a small program that merges 2 bin files in 1, and spits 1 file in 2. Files merged and split following specified pattern, please see attached samples. It should work in DOS box of Win 2K and Win XP… (Budget: $50-$110 USD, Jobs: C Programming, C# Programming, C++ Programming)
