I have 5 check boxes on a page, that people have to click and agree to before they can submit their email and join the site. I already have a java script that checks 1 box, need someone to make it work with all 5… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, HTML, Javascript, PHP, Website Design)
