I have a need for a skilled programmer to build me a Custom WordPress template. I have the design made in Illustrator and JPG of the design is attached, but bare in mind it is not finished yet. Subpages have to be designed and position of the logo and FB link is yet to be determined… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
