I am looking to have a quick quote form created just like the one that is on ooshirts.com but with some modifications. It will need the following fields. (1) Styles selector – will have about 5 different comapnies with 2-4 styles per company… (Budget: $50-$500 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, Electronic Forms, Paypal API, Shopping Carts)
