Hi , similar project is already in post by another person also, I am looking for software PC based and mobile based (smart/old phones- Android, Symbian, blackberry) that will allow me to ping (hidden) a cell phone using the other cell phone number so as to determine the cell phone user’s location… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: Android, C Programming, Geolocation, Mobile Phone, Wireless)
