You will be required to convert a design provided in .psd format into a working web page. There will be 9 outgoing links, 1 form and 5 hovers/(pop-ups when a certain image is clicked). The graphic design work has already been done, you will just be required to provide web development… (Budget: $15-$25 AUD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, PHP)
