I want to be able to fill out the attached form on the computer and save it. I want to be able to type into the spaces instead of having to print it out and write it. Where there are yes/no fields, I want to be able to check / uncheck a box and have a tick or cross appear… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Electronic Forms, PDF)
