after windows xp. active desktop was removed. you no longer can set a desktop to be an html page. we are an internet cafe. and our computers had a custom html page instead of the desktop icons. since we are upgrading to windows 7, we can not use the html desktop anymore… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C++ Programming, Windows Desktop)
