PSD to Prestashop by stlsixers

I have a PSD that isn’t quite final, but i would like someone to turn the PSD into a prestashop template. I’m in quite a rush and hopefully would like this done in a few days. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, Prestashop, Smarty PHP)
