I would like to add a private instant messaging capability to my website. The primary function will be a standalone web messaging capability that will NOT need to integrate with others chat/messenger programs such as MSN, Facebook, AIM etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
