I need a simple 1 page website with a facility in which people can enter their name, email and phone number and that information will be sent to my email address. I have the logo file (created with Illustrator) and the page would contain text in a specified font but no graphics or photographs… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
