vote button for website by e3lmo

i need a code that i can use on my website, this needs to be a ‘vote’ button that has a counter on it that every time someone clicks on it (one vote per ip address) it will go up by one. id like the ‘counter’… (Budget: $30-$40 USD, Jobs: HTML)
