I need a design for a MODEL of a small, 2 piece lock that would fit around a standard bicycle tire/wheel. It would be in 2, C-shaped pieces that fit together (held together by overlapping dowel/recesses in the two pieces) and simulate a locking device… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: 3D Animation, 3D Modelling, 3D Rendering)
