I am the publisher of a BW coloring book (pictures already exist) and would like to have a code shell (cocoa?, HTML5?) that pulls the drawings in for iPad application. I can create graphical interface myself but don’t know how to create the code for a coloring book… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: iPad)
