I would like to have a program in Perl to clean up COM ports. Over time as we keep connecting various USB devices, the port allocation keeps getting assigned. Gradually the assignment of COM port number increases and goes beyond 100 or 200… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Perl)
