Hello I installed Joomla 1.7 with jomsocial I want to build a photo gallery that users can upload pictures from the front and other users can rate the pictures. Images are arranged by most rated, most viewed, new, etc…. (Budget: $8-$15 USD, Jobs: HTML, Joomla, Website Design)
