Need vBulletin forum to match WP site+ more ad space by yellowskyactions

I’m adding a vBulletin forum to my WordPress site and I’d like the colors to match, a little more room for our logo up top and a sidebar for advertising through OpenX. (Budget: $100-$150 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, vBulletin)
