adjust IceTheme template carousel videos for IE by Cascrop

http://www.cascrop.com/STAGE/ bottom module carousel embedded YouTube videos displays in Firefox and Chrome but not IE. Would like it to display in IE or discuss options for work around. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Joomla, PHP)
