I need a simple website that will be 5-9 pages. Not really any cms required. There will be 3 different submit forms that is needed for site which will email me. One of the submitt forms must also include the ability to attach PDF,JPEG,WORD and Excel docs… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
